Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and the commitment of our precision artists. To ensure we can accommodate all our guests with the highest level of service, we maintain a firm but fair policy regarding appointment adjustments.

24-Hour Notice Requirement

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another guest on our waiting list.

  • Modifications made prior to 24 hours incur no penalty.
  • Easily manage your booking through your confirmation email or by calling our salon directly.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Show Protocol

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a "No-Show."

No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Future bookings may require a deposit.

Arrival Grace Period

We offer a brief grace period for unforeseen delays. However, arriving late limits the time available for your service.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid disrupting the next guest. The full service fee will apply.
